Excellent place with Excellent hospitality. Ask for Radha at the Citrus Cafe. She is very cordial and prompt. The Ganges side view is amazing and so refreshing. Will revisit and recommend to others. The surrounding forest is very refreshing. Rooms are spacious and comfy.

The location is good. But the room and washroom needs some work. Service is very good. Food is good but options are limited especially at the time of the Hi Tea. The staff is very good and helpful.
The location of the hotel is very nice near the banks of river Ganga. The service and hospitality is also really nice. The rooms are very clean , spacious and comfy. Also the veg and jain food preparations are very tasty and healthy. Our overall experience was very nice.

Stayed with my family for four nights. Enjoyed a splendid view of the Ganga river from the balcony, good food, and appreciated the exceptional housekeeping service provided by Yadesh and Virendar, who ensured the room was immaculately clean throughout our stay.
Great hotel in Rishikesh. The food is very good. Equipped with a Spa and swimming pool. Very comfortable bed and full amenities in room.
The staff at the hotel and their restaurant are very courteous and help. The Chef himself came out to ask our opinion about the dinner buffet spread. There are lots of items in the buffet and a whole lot of desserts.
